Now that the new year is upon us, it's time to get ourselves into gear and eating healthy. It's so hard to fall out of healthy New Year's resolutions when you don't have a plan, that why I am supplying you with over 30 healthy recipes. That is essentially a month of dinners, already planned - you just need to do the shopping; that is do-able, right? I love loading up on soups, because they are quick to make, and they freeze well. I can always double or triple the batch, then freeze for the following week or lunches, or whatever, it's a great way to keep healthy options ready!
