Y’all…Christmas is over…insert sad face here…but really, you know what that means? The holidays are almost wrapped up, and it’s almost time to hit the healthy eating bandwagon. I know, I know, you should eat healthy all year, but I think that really buckling down in January is what everyone does, right? I’ve lost about 40lbs since last January, and I managed to gain about 7lbs back since Halloween and now. It could be worse, but it could be better. I am planning to start hitting the gym hard again (I never stopped hitting it hard, but yo know, just trying to do more), and definitely refocusing on my eating. I love using My Fitness Pal to track my food intake and caloric output, and it definitely keeps me on track. If you want to connect on there, send me a message!
